Macon A Difference Creators Scholarship aims to recognize and reward the creative prowess of aspiring content creators and entrepreneur youth in Noxubee County. This scholarship is designed for youth (13-18) who exhibit a passion for crafting compelling stories through various media formats.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Two (2) scholarships will be awarded.
  • Each scholarship is valued at $250.00.
  • The scholarship is non-renewable.


Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the Macon Creators Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Be a student at Noxubee County High School.
  • Demonstrate active involvement or a strong interest in creating unique and engaging medium/art.
  • Exhibit an interest in storytelling through media formats.
  • Have a clear vision or aspiration to pursue media (professionally or recreationally).

To qualify for the Macon A Difference Creators Scholarship, students must submit a digital reflection based on the theme:

"The City of Change"

Applicants can choose one-or more- of the following creative mediums for their submission:


Video

Creative Story/Essay

Photography Portfolio with Narratuve

Videography

Content Series

Painting/Drawing/Graphic Design with Narrative

Any other form of art or digital media


Funding may be used as the scholar sees fit. We hope that scholars will continue engaging in media and artistic creation.

The Ivy Creative Scholarship will award two scholarships for two students one sophomore and one junior worth $250 each semester.


Eligibility


  • Students interested in a career in media
  • Minimum GPA of 2.5
  • Submit a high-quality digital reflection based on the theme of the year.

Application Requirements


To qualify for the Ivyviews Creator Scholarship, students must submit a digital reflection based on the theme "Cherish The Days We'll Miss Tomorrow." Applicants can choose one of the following creative mediums for their submission:

  1. Video
  2. Creative Story/Essay
  3. Photography Portfolio
  4. Art: Painting/Drawing/Animation
  5. Any other form of art or digital media



Rubric Details


The IvyViews Creators Scholarship will be evaluated using a comprehensive rubric considering four main criteria. Each criterion is assigned a score from 1 to 5, reflecting the following aspects: Artistic Submission, Written Narrative, Recommendation, and Overall Impression.
